Position

It is our position that we work for you. Our client is the person that we are doing the inspection for, whether it be the buyer, seller or owner. Our reports are confidential reports, given only to our client and whoever they authorize us to copy. At the end of our inspection, we will sit down with you and thoroughly go through the report.  It is our responsibility to help our client to have a better understanding of the property so that they can make those tough decisions.

OUT-OF-STATE BUYERS

If you are an out-of-state buyer, we provide a computerized means of reviewing the report with you, just like we were sitting together. This gives us the ability to thoroughly communicate and review your report with you so that you can have a good understanding of any issues that may exist. We spend time together looking at each issue in pictures and talking about the issue and even though we are thousands of miles apart, it's like we are sitting in the same room. It's important to us that you thoroughly understand your inspection report so that the knowledge gained can be applied to your property purchase.
